Comfortable room and quiet
Rude front desk staff!!! I was woken up 3times telling me I have to leave my stay was over with out checking it out before waking me and no Apology very unprofessional 😔 I will never stay there again
We stayed for 2 nights it was so comfortable room and the bed was amazing comfortable. We had hot water everything we had a great time
Worst ever!! Keys not working had to reprogram the whole door after going to the office 5 times! Get back to our room after several hours out and housekeeping hasn’t cleaned our room!! Do not book! Horrible!!!
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Ever!!! Hair balls, dirt, sand, pubic hair, dog food were on the floor. I ended up requesting a clean rag and cleaning supplies. Ended up cleaning it myself. Terrible management. Terrible experience.
Highway robbery, overpriced bad. I Reserved a room and asked if early check in around 4-6 am would be a problem. The lady said it would not be a problem. So My wife, 4 kids and I drove 9 hours in the middle off the night. Arrived at 4:30am, I went in to get the room and she told me check in is not til 3pm. I told her the conversation I had on the phone and she told me that the lady yesterday must of misunderstood me and thought I said PM not AM. Then she told me there was no rooms available. They lied to me when I booked the room. They told me the two rooms I rented had king sized beds, a fridge and a microwave. The sheets weren’t changed and both rooms had sand and dirt in the tub. One of the tubs wouldn’t even drain because of how much dirt and hair was in it. It was filthy. I requested a refund and they only gave me $10 back. Charged me $180 per room for one night. Will never come back.
