Needed to book a room around 10pm for a visit with family out of state for about a week. Spent almost an hour trying to get ahold of this joke of a hotel, and so did hilton corporate. Clearly they don't want the business or the money. If they cant be bothered to answer the phone I cant imagine how terrible the service is once youre actually there. Hope you enjoyed your nap, front desk agent. Hope corporate leaves a note for your boss in the morning 😒
UPDATE: I was refunded for the room charge. Thanks for making it right. Stayed for a single night. Left for a few hours for work event, came back around 1030pm and had water coming out of my ceiling onto my suitcase. I was told there are no more rooms and the solution was to bring a big garbage can into my room and for me to go to sleep with the constant dripping. It’s been a week and no response to my claim from Hilton. Really disappointed and don’t recommend.
There is no one available to answer the front desk. The phone just constantly rings. That is not acceptable. I thought the Hilton brand was reputable, I guess not.
