I picked this place mostly because they don't charge you to park your car. I wasn't really expecting anything beyond the ordinary expectations of a basic hotel stay. I have to say this is probably one of the best hotel stays Ive ever had. The number of amenities provided really makes this feel like they care about the guest experience. Laundry, gym, pool, ice machine, jacuzzi, generous continental breakfast, free parking, coffee/tea/ water station. The customer service is a 20/10. Room was nice, but property looks slightly dated.
Too bad. Convenient location. Half way thru stay. Staff unimpressed. Asked twice for extra towels. Nothing. Had to track down maid. Bedside tables are miniscule (see pic). TV requires advanced rocketry degree to operate. At least I got caught up on reading. Stay tuned
The area is easily accessible, with many restaurants and attractions nearby, close to I-25. Highly recommended.
