Had an absolutely amazing experience!! My plane arrived early and even being sold out the night before Jason was able to get me in for a early check in (I’m a diamond member) the place was clean, room was spotless loved they still have a tub. Pool area was clean and didn’t sting your eyes just sitting in it from chlorine like other places. Breakfast was great some things are is the to pick up and go they even offered carry out bags with breakfast in it. This hotel was a great place to stay. The staff were really nice, very empathetic and present. The manager was very professional, and was wonderful to work with as well. The breakfast was well stocked, the rooms were clean and the pool and whirlpool were well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.
I picked this place mostly because they don't charge you to park your car. I wasn't really expecting anything beyond the ordinary expectations of a basic hotel stay. I have to say this is probably one of the best hotel stays Ive ever had. The number of amenities provided really makes this feel like they care about the guest experience. Laundry, gym, pool, ice machine, jacuzzi, generous continental breakfast, free parking, coffee/tea/ water station. The customer service is a 20/10.
