This hotel has super friendly staff. They seem very dedicated to their job (both front desk and breakfast associate). They were Fantastic! The huge issue I had was the AC not working in our room. We were sweating so bad, I went out to my vehicle around 3am to get a fan. We were still miserable. As soon as the pool opened, I was in it. I was supposed to receive a call from the manager. The hotel appears to have just been remodeled everything seemed to be new. Check in with Sharde was great. She was very informative and helpful. The area seem very safe where the hotel is located. The free breakfast was great. I give it five stars, but I always think those are just people trying to boost the Hotel ratings.
