Well, I’ve stayed in many hotels in my day, but this one was simply dreadful. The breakfast lady was cranky and absolutely no help at all — I felt like I was bothering her just by asking for coffee. My room was in terrible condition. The floor by the nightstand had a used condom right there by the bed, and there were hairs in the bathroom sink and shower. It made me feel quite uneasy. All experience was great from the moment we entered till we left. Nick helped us with ordering pizzas, It was soooo helpful and friendly. All needed was provided always right the way and with a smile. In the morning Ángel was a real Ángel and helped us in all we needed. The room was amazing and facilites as well. Totally recommended. Do not miss this if you are in Miami !!!
