This hotel is beyond amazing. Besides being super clean and modern, the people are incredible. They reached out to us and wanted to help our nonprofit, sweet dreams for kids. The General Manager, Mr Leffler, has a heart of gold. He is compassionate, kind and really cares about his staff and guests. He has wanted us to keep in touch and is truly a special person. Very nice place to stay. Warm and welcoming staff.
Excellent stay. The service was wonderful. The clerk I believe her name was Taylor, was "The best" and very accommodating.
Nice place to stay outside of downtown Cleveland for a game. Was easy to Lyft to and from a Guardians game. About a 20min rid each way. Service at the hotel was very, very friendly. Room was a touch smaller than I imagined for the price. But clean and very accommodating.
Had a lovely time this weekend. As a female solo traveler I felt very safe. The staff is so nice and friendly. Really good breakfast and very comfortable and clean bedroom. Plenty of parking and well lit. The TV had streaming options including CALM which I love. Across the St is a high end mall you can walk to with movie theatre and restaurant. Gas station around the corner. Initially I was planning to stay downtown but free parking and free breakfast is a better deal.
