Very convenient location.
They booked us into a room on the 3rd floor and neglected to mention they were remodeling the floors directly above us. They even tried to move a guest into a room on the 4th floor. The front staff was very rude and threatened to call the police when we brought our concerns to them at checkout.
Zero. They booked us on the 3rd floor and there was remodeling directly above us on the 4th floor. We were woken by LOUD hammering on the floor directly above us because they were working on the floors. Noone told us during checkin this was going to be happening, or this could have been avoided by a room switch, or we would have at least been aware it was going to happen.
