This is probably one of the grossest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We stayed a week the first time and our room was not cleaned even the mirrors were dirty, the second time we also stayed a week and the room we had on the third floor was infested with ants, was not cleaned again and there were 2 different days that my entire room smelled of marijuana we alerted the hotel staff as we have a 6 month old baby who shouldn’t be subjected to those kinds of smells/substance, and all the staff did was spray fabreeze even tho this is a... read more

The rooms are average like any big rectangular big box boring hotel. The problem is customer service. I came down in the middle of the night to rent another room (roommate snoring) and was told it was impossible because reservations had already switched to the next day. That's just silly. Listen Hiltton, empower your people to make it work when someone is willing to pay for a room, regardless of the time.

It's ok to stay in a rural city like clairemore. Room size was not designed well, there were no storage bins in the room. The microwave was under the TV and difficult to reach and it's dark to see the buttons on microwave. No one came to clean my room. However, the room itself was very clean. Breakfast was very good. The lobby was very nice. The fitness center was excellent
