First night was okay….second night was terrible. Several guest checked in about 8pm and are extremely loud, banging on doors and yelling in the hallway. Called front desk, phone off the hook, called the main number and talked to Ian, he was worthless. Said he could move me, but not them. Moving rooms at 9pm shouldn’t be the only option.
Very clean rooms, great breakfast, and attentive staff. Also, super pet friendly!
This hotel is conveniently located to a variety of restaurants, major stores, and Cedar Rapids Bowling Center.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
