Staff at the front desk were soo friendly and eager to get us checked in.
The staff was very helpful, kind, and smiles at their guests. They even told us where restaurants were in walking distance. We will for sure rebook. Loved the breakfast in the morning.. Amy and I enjoyed the decor in the lobby and thru out the hotel you guys get a big thumbs up from us.
Expensive but budget hotel experience. No daily room cleaning, subpar breakfast, unfriendly staff, and a small pool with screaming 20+ family/teen pizza party. Paid $600 but male staff refused to give ONE bottle of water at checkout. Hilton Honors is meaningless. Overpriced pet fee at $75 per pet. Bonus: almost got rundown by the same staff driving 30 mph to work in the parking lot. Find yourself a better hotel somewhere else.
