Room was great, pool was the perfect temperature, breakfast was great BUT the stay was NOT enjoyable due to a hockey tournament going on. There were kids running all over the hotel, being incredibly loud. At nearly midnight we had to call down to the front desk to ask the hotel to do something about the kids running down the halls (after speaking to the kids multiple times) and banging on people's doors. Stayed here for a hockey tournament, we were all supposed to be on the same floor, we were spread out over 5 floors. Free breakfast is meh, who serves French fries for breakfast?? The pools chemicals were so strong they burnt our eyes. Staff were very rude. There was also a creepy lady in the lobby watching the tv our entire stay? Not sure if she was a staff members family or homeless. I told the manager I would leave a 1 star review so here it is! Why is the 4am receptionist threatening me when im just delivering food?
The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful. Large indoor pool which was great for our kids. Complementary breakfast was good but the seating area can get crowded. Stay was pleasant and would return.
