I came around 3 am to the main door, it was closed. I buzzed there were no respond . Finally after 10 min an old man came with dirty plate, I think he was eating . Tell him customers are first priority. Then he can do his personal things. Shame on Hilton hotels .

Overall stay was okay—room was clean and service was fine, nothing special. But the location is great if you want easy access to Chinese restaurants and shops nearby. That convenience definitely made the trip smoother. Good for a short stay if you're in the area.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but that's where it stopped. The bathroom was very unclean, there were toothpaste spots on the counter and the small towels had yellow stains. Furthermore, the rooms were stuffy and dry, we all woke up with a sore throat and dry lips. Breakfast was okay but very messy.
