I am very dissatisfied with my experience at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Toronto Downtown, I would not give this hotel 1 star and definitely not worth staying at this hotel. Detailed reasons provided below: - Me and my guest had gone out for the day during our visit, upon our return back to our hotel room we noticed that our door was kept unlocked and open by the house keeping team. Service staff at the counter are aways excellent. Rooms are always clean. Breakfast is perfect.
