Great location at Toronto downtown, kind staff, clean rooms!
Excellent customer staff. This hotel punches above its weight class with a very capable Manager (Edwin) and other front desk staff who went the extra mile for making sure we had a comfortable stay. Maintenance, housekeeping, and kitchen staff all deserve a raise for providing a very welcoming environment. Free breakfast was great however food quality in terms of consistency (day to day) can be much better.
Very nice place, I visited last June-2026 The breakfast was normal but it's Ok Excellent Service and attendance
