Not impressed at all! For a high quality hotel I had to switch rooms because the seal for my Jacuzzi tub was faulty cause the water wouldn't hold in the tub plus there was damage to the cover on the side of the Jacuzzi. In my new room I had to rewash my tub there was a film that you can't see to the necked eye, yuck! The cover for the fireplace was also broken but at least the water would stay in the tub a bit better but I had to constantly add water which is annoying especially when your goal was to relax! I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD! This place is a disaster!!!!! Our rooms would not lock AND there was a random employee walking into occupied rooms. When asking for a refund, they refused saying they would fix our the door!!! How should we trust no one would walk into our room at night!
