This has been our home away from home for the past three summers as we have stayed a total of close to 50 nights. Kevin the front desk manager is amazing as is his crew and the Hotel manager Ashley is great.
Friendly staff, very accommodating. I stayed here while working nights and they put me in a room on the top floor so there would be no noise so I could sleep,Continental breakfast was pretty good. Pool and waterslide are a plus especially after a long day of work, they have a hot tube but when I had stayed there it was out of order but definitely wasn't a deal breaker. Would definitely recommend if your headed to go or surrounding area.
Cons: Pool was cold. Hot tub was not working. A bit pricey. Pros: Good location. Our room was very nice. The breakfast was excellent. The fitness centre was nice and spacious which is abnormal for a hotel. I'd stay here again, but I'd contact the hotel first to see if they've cranked the heat in the pool and if the hot tub has been repaired.
No free Wi-Fi. They advertise it but it doesn't work and they make you sign your life away. Go somewhere else.
My husband and I enjoyed a 2 night stay, staff were very friendly and the service and cleanliness was excellent! As was the breakfast! Thank you to all the welcoming staff cleaning staff and breakfast cooks! Well done!
