Stayed 4 nights with our hockey team and had a great experience. Rooms were clean and staff very friendly. Kevin in particular was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
15 Gold Stars!!! Ashley and her staff: Kevin, Ria and Jennifer made our team's stay so easy. Check-in was smooth and efficient, the staff was welcoming throughout the entire stay. Fully recommended this hotel as a place to stay with your team. Full breakfast with lots of selection.

The room was lovely and spotless, the staff we encountered were excellent - friendly, helpful, and professional. The bed and linens were so cozy. Everything about our stay was wonderful, until a big dog moved in next door. We tried to catch an afternoon nap between our functions and the dog howled and barked for a solid hour, so we told the front desk our issue, skipped the nap and went to our next function. Very poor service! Tried checking in after a reservation and was given a hard time. I am a hillon member and always have been so the girls at the front desk were very unprofessional.
