The rude lady that answered the phone on July 25 2026 hung up the phone on me. Brutal customer service. Maybe a different position for someone who doesn’t like talking to people.
This must be the worse Hampton Inn I've EVER been in, ANYWHERE in the world. The building looks "tired"...carpets on 4th floor was "stitched' together with packaging tape right as you exit the elevators, the beds were made in shoddy fashion...perhaps the same bedding used by previous guests. Other guests were smoking right at the front door where non-addicts had to walk in. The wooden shelve for luggage was missing...broken off. LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel! It’s staff is amazing especially Chris! The rooms are clean and big, the continental breakfast is 10/10. We stay here every time we come to Edmonton
The staff and customer service is exceptional at the hotel. Chris went above and beyond to ensure our group was well taken care of. The rooms are clean, but the service overall is exceptional!
