ANTS!!!!!!! Not the best experience. Our air unit cut out for 2 days they said they would send maintenance and nobody came after countless calls. Allison at the front was a headache to deal, she kept making excuses and seemed irritated that we had any issues in the first place. We had a terrible hot and stuffy sleep for 2 nights and had to move rooms eventually leaving us to take 2 hours to move from room to room with all of our stuff with 2 very upset cats. An outdated hotel with below par level of cleanliness. You get a feel for this even before you enter the hotel with stained carpet at the entrance and the theme continues with an unpleasant odor in hallways and especially the elevators. This is far below the Hilton standard I have witnessed elsewhere. The room wasn’t any better. The stained curtains say it all

Well, if anything, it was the front desk clerk that stole show. Chris was was more than amazing, not only he did everything he could ( such as change our room) he went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend just a tad bit more memorable. Just the simple things that he did (such as a bottle of wine and some chocolates nicely designed on our bed) was sugn he is attentive and thoughtful...please give him a raise, he's worth 11 out of 10 for exceptional service.
