This hotel is in a terrible shape. I don’t know how it holds the Hilton brand.. Room had torn chair, stained sofa, worn and stained carpet. Torn curtains. Broken furniture. Room wasn’t even cleaned properly, hair in tub and on bathroom floor. It was a very bad experience
I stayed there lastnight, the front desk said I was booked into for a shuttle at 525am came down this morning and I was not booked in for 525 am I had to catch 550am shuttle to airport and missed my flight be sure to make a point to see them pencil you in for the shuttle...
WORN, TIRED, DIRTY, AND DAMAGED. My wife and I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn by the Edmonton Int'l Airport. I usually pic my accommodations wisely and am an honours member since I do a lot of travel. This was by far the worst stay I have ever had. The wrinkled hallway carpets that could very easy cause a tripping hazard and makes it very difficult to pull luggage to the worn and tired room. The room was terrible.
