The hotel was nice and breakfast is good. It's a good location right off the highway. My issue was that after checking out and arriving at home realizing I had forgotten 2 under armor jackets in the closet. When I called the front desk to tell them I was told nothing was found. I know where I left my jackets and I know they were stolen from me. Very disheartening knowing that my items were taken from me.
Everything was excellent again but the gentleman who checked me in. He hung up on me as I called in. Was confrontational during face to face check in. There are other chains close by to consider. I stay 100 plus nights in hotels. You know Good service and Bad service. Will try one more time here but that's it.
I'll keep it short and simple. My stay was fantastic. I wish the breakfast was a bit better but other than that, everything was perfect. Very clean hotel, great staff. Thank you.
** edited to add - we concluded our stay. The staff here especially at breakfast are literally the loveliest people. The front desk staff were just as lovely. We did not expect housekeeping. We stayed at the best western off Guelph line and we had to ask for housekeeping since we were there for 8 days. Here they just do it every other day unless otherwise asked. We just got here and are staying for a week. Pleasantly surprised at this hotel. We usually stay at the best western and can confidently say we will be retuning here. The staff were friendly at check in. Our room wasn’t ready in time but she had another room just a floor up was very apologetic - not her fault. Breakfast is delicious. The pool is just big enough. Hotel is nearby by to restaurants and grocery store. Very happy with the cleanliness and friendliness of the hotel!!!
