Stayed at this hotel for a wedding! Both my sister and I went home with BED BUG bites around our ankles..not so happy and feeling grossed out :( However, desk guys were very kind and the breakfast was great!
I recently had the most awful experience at this hotel over the labour day long weekend. I was booked to stay to attend a wedding at a venue nearby. Checkin was at 3:00. I completed online check-in and called ahead to ask about early check-in at 2 which I was told was no problem. I arrived at 2:45. The lobby was a zoo with one clearly overwhelmed employee at the desk.
