I've never been in a hotel room as dirty as this one. The shower wall was covered in hair (that wasn't mine). Went to complain on the way out, no staff at front desk. Breakfast had run out of coffee and food. Again, no staff around. Disgusting!
My Hubby and I booked a room here through Tanya and all I can say is WOW!! Such an amazing experience very calm and relaxing no stress what so ever. Amazing service, VERY clean rooms and breakfast was DELICIOUS!! We will 100% be booking again and can’t wait for our next stay with you guys!
This hotel is fairly new, love the area it's located at the end of the court , lots of parking , staff are friendly,
Overall terrible experience. Worst part is that I made formal complaints and haven't heard back from managers. Very frustrating. Cant believe this is a Hilton, with this kind of non existence customer service! Not going back.
