Nice hotel, wonderful staff and great location. The rooms are beautiful with great views but the shower water is luke warm it doesn't get hot at all.
Ian was absolutely fabulous. He worked with me—well over the call of duty—to print a document which was extremely urgent for me. What a great representative of your hotel and your company.
This was a clean hotel with comfortable beds and good location. However, the customer service at this hotel is terrible. The person checking us in did not greet us and he spoke maybe 5 words to us the entire time. He did not even tell us our room number or anything about the elevator location or free breakfast. Be aware that they will charge you for the water in your room even if you don't drink it. If you call to ask about the unknown charge that appears several days after your stay on your credit card they are very rude an... read more
