On February 19, 2025 I arrived at the Hampton inn on dunwoody. When I arrived to the hotel I requested they store my food in a freezer. I was told my Von he was bringing my food to the freezer to store it the way I requested. February 27, 2025 on the day of checkout I told Don or Dawn, I would be back later to retrieve my food out of the freezer. When I arrived to the hotel I requested they store my food in a freezer. I was told they stored it. On the day of checkout my food container was warm and my food was not frozen and had turned bad. The smell was horrible and the person that brought it to me also acknowledged it smelled bad. I tried allowing them to correct the fact that they did not store my food as they said they would and destroyed my food. They refuse to name it right. Guter Services und nettes Personal. Da unser Delta Flug annulliert wurde, haben wir einen Voucher bekommen und konnten mit dem Voucher problemlos im Hotel übernachten. Danke für die Flexibilität!
