I’m so glad that I went with my instincts and didn’t book to stay at this hotel and choose another hotel instead. I actually ate at a restaurant that’s located in the same parking lot of the hotel. As I was waiting for my rideshare to arrive, I decided to wait outside under the shaded area of the Hotel to avoid the sun. voluntarily downgraded from the room type that i booked because the hotel was sold out and the manager was having a hard time finding rooms with 2 beds. so we voluntarily downgraded to a room with one bed to help the manager our. in exchange for our kindness, they charged us the no-show penalty even though we showed up. they now will not send us an accurate receipt. they also will not answer phone or email to correct the charges. also, the hotel smells like cigarettes and the carpets and lobby are horrendously dirty (like ev... read more
