Hi customers/coworker I wanted apologize for me delaying ur rooms today . It was my 4 day here . I tried my best to clean everything but once manager look into rooms I still got it wrong . There no doubt in my mind that I made too many I decided to quit because they knew I'm special needs adult . I need extra help . But since my disability is problem because I'm not fast enough ... Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating
Free breakfast nice rooms and their plumbing systems are great and in working order
I don't know who, or how recently people are giving 5 stars to this Hampton Inn but the hotel was probably dingy 10 years ago and has gone downhill from there. Shame on Hilton corporate for poor quality control. Everything in the room was scratched, the floors were sticky laminate an dust came up from the bedspread when my wife sat down. We were visiting our grandson at Lehigh University and if we hadn't arrived late in the afternoon I would have looked elsewhere.
