Had a reservation for months for graduation weekend. They claim that the card had an error (we used twice on the six hour drive there) so they cancelled our reservation at noon after sending an email after 8:30am--we were already on the road. Got there at 2:00. "Policy." No attempt whatsoever to fix the problem or help us. "Policy." They also called AAA because I got a discount through them, rather than my number. Incompetence and ZERO effort or help.
Second time staying here on our way to Bama for our kid. Comfortable and clean rooms, friendly staff, easy on/off the interstate, and multiple food options close by.
Travel from Myrtle Beach, SC to Texas multiple times a year. This hotel is our new favorite! CLEAN & bright GREAT amenities/linens and the staff was super friendly! Well done!!! Thank you!
