All staff are AMAZNG! Great customer services goes a LONG WAYS!! From the managers Jessica and Drallah, to all receptionist staff Cassidy, Tae, and other new lady they will take care of you. Always my favorite place to stay. Snack area very clean and large variety of food. Breakfast always hot and lots to choose from. They are always very attentive and accommodating during most important situations. Rooms were clean and the staff were great. Close to freeway and a lot of food choices.
The manager on staff at the time was rude so I did my research and well the face of Hilton a hot 🥵 mess 🤦🏾♀️
I had a wonderful stay at this Hampton Inn! The location was perfect—right off Interstate 20 with plenty of restaurants and food options just minutes away, making everything very convenient. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The lobby was spacious, welcoming, and made a great first impression. I had to book a last-minute reservation for my dad due to medical issues for two nights. The staff was helpful, accommodating, and helped us out with a refund when he decided he needed to get home. Thank you, tremendously! His family was able to have peace of mind.
