Just wanted to give a shout out to Kia, and Brittany both were amazing front desk agents and made mine and my families expierence so much better . Very polite and accommodating i hope mang really values their dedication. I will be a regular there because of the two of them . I could suggest maybe turning the pool temp up about a knotch or two
The woman working New Year’s Eve night front desk was very welcoming and respectful. Unfortunately cannot say that for the front desk and cleaning crew New Year’s Day. The grumpy lady at the front was not the way I wanted to start my 2026 but hey!
I have worked with Amy June Jovanovic, Director of Sales for the last few years to arrange for our Team to stay at the Hampton Inn - Benton Harbor while working with our business in Bridgman, MI. She has been incredibly supportive and the staff has been as well. We look forward to staying with them for years to come.
