I'm currently staying here as i write .... The customer service was superb. I arrived and checked in yesterday evening. The C.S staffs were very helpful and friendly. My room is on the 18 floor. i love the view of the city. I definitely would come back again. Highly recommended.
Enjoy our overnight stay at this Hampton . Rooms were clean . Breakfast was fully stocked even with how busy it was . Only negative and reason for four stars : valet lot was full and had to use the VERY inconvenient parking garage next door .
Safe area, well located adjacent to the metro stop and short walk to Colony Sq restaurants. Wonderful views from 20th floor lobby, bar & breakfast area. Fairly standard Hampton breakfast but nicely tended with changes to hot items. Good, clean, comfortable rooms. Guest self-laundry worked well. Overall a good experience.
