The hotel its self was ok. The valet parking was terrible. Took 40 min to get my truck back after requesting it. Then once it was back to me there were huge scratches across the hood, looks like the arm for the gate came down on top of the hood. I filed a claim and it’s been weeks with no response. Stay at a different hotel. It’s not worth the hundreds of dollars you’ll have to spend getting your vehicle fixed.
Great location and clean, room a little small
I stay here for 1-2 weeks every year and it's always a great experience.
AC shuts off when there’s no movement. Did not get any sleep during my vacation since I got hot at night. Never had this kind of experience in a hotel before. Valet and rooftop bar were great. Unfortunately a trip is ruined when you can’t sleep. 🙁
Check in went smoothly. I loved the design of the hotel. Rachel at the bar downstairs was a gem! She makes amazing cocktails and how she interacts with each customer it fun to watch. Like old friends she makes everyone feel welcomed!! Can't wait to come back!
