Ricky ran the valet very well. Excellent communication, and he had the car out in no time.

Holy Moley, I don't know where to start. When I checked in about half an hour ago, the desk attendant, was INCREDIBLY surly and unprofessional. A young man with multiple facial piercings, black rimmed glasses, longish red dreads, and a chip on his shoulder, NOT wearing any name badge, told me that a $45 PARKING fee would be taken from my security deposit.
