I booked this hotel for a conference, from a Saturday to a Tuesday. On Saturday afternoon at around 7pm a very loud party was taking place in the hotel's lobby, which I did not know would happen. I asked the receptionist until when it would go on for to which she answered until 11:30 or 12. I got the change of room, but was treated as if I was being a Karen with completely unreasonable requests. The room I was originally at was at the 3rd floor and closest to the party in location. 4 mins from the aquarium and the continental breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Gated-in parking and police officer parked right at the entrance.
Standard hotel room, bathroom could use some updating. Tub didn’t drain but was fixed promptly by staff. Very convenient location and easy parking!
