Ciera, A manager who was always there is the model for customer service. we had a question about charges on our bill (part comped) and she explained everything perfectly. We needed to leave our car there for a few hour after check out and that was gladly accepted. This is our 3rd year in a row staying at the property when coming to market, we enjoy the closeness to everything, the breakfast and the very friendly and helpful staff. 5 Stars across the board. Kenya, Murray(sp), Victoria, and Vanessa provided excellent customer service. The Hilton franchise is lucky to have these four employees representing their brand.
The good news is that the hotel is very quiet. It is conveniently located to most places. The bad news, some of the staff were less than helpful. It was very hot last week in Atlanta. I receive my bottles of water upon check in however, when I asked for another bottle of water, I was told, this is not going to be an everyday thing. Really? That's not how I read my diamond member benefit. I told the person tapping on her headband that if she didn't want to give it to me, to take it back. I got one more bottle of water. Very clean hotel. Customer service was incredible! Cierra Davis was great! She was very empathetic and responsive upon my arrival. I would definitely stay there again.
