I checked in 8/5 and was assigned to a room which had no air conditioning and the shower floor was squeaking. The receptionist kindly moved me to another room. However, I discovered the next day that I accidentally left a baseball jersey in the closet of the initial room. I spoke with the receptionist about the jersey and she informed that it was no longer in the room or lost or found and neither of the housekeeping staff seen it. The 1 Bdrm double bed & let out bed couch suites is big & spacious very beautiful & clean breakfast good location great front desk clerk is amazing especially Ms Thoenicia she is alwayz helpful kind friendly & kind beds very comfortable & I highly recommend to others the rooms are affordable & will stay again

This Hampton hits the basics—clean room, friendly staff, and the standard breakfast you’ll find at any location across the country (though no Canadian chicken fajitas here). But the building itself is showing its age. Carpets are stained, the elevator panel is worn, and there are plenty of scuffs and scratches throughout the common areas. It’s not run down yet, but it’s headed that way unless some money goes back into upkeep. The real issue? Noise. If you’re a light sleeper, this may not be your spot.
