As an airport hotel shuttles should run as long as there are flights. Not at Hampton ATL. Our flight was delayed and shuttle quit at midnight. Instead of being accommodating they said we had to get our own transportation. It was only $30 but Instead of crediting our room or providing points they basically said tough luck. The hotel itself is awesome with nice rooms and great amenities but Don’t order food delivery from the ServSpan menu placed in the rooms. We arrived from overseas late evening and placed order from the menu in room with American Cuisine at Atlanta airport. Menu said 30-45 minutes delivery but nobody showed up even one and half hours after. We finally decided to go sleep at 1:00 am.

Very clean as to be expected for Hampton in. No parking fees. However they Need to upgrade their pillows or at least offer firmer options for those of us who have neck and or back issues. They have free shuttle service to airport but won’t allow you to leave your vehicle even if you are returning back after flight to stay overnight. That would be a plus. I’ll probably choose a different hotel unless I’m dropped off to this particular hotel before a flight.
