First room had an ant infestation, second room was great. Property is in a great location and was very quiet. About 10 mins from coast and 15-20 to Cal Poly.

It is hard to love this hotel when the AC in the lobby and breakfast area doesn't seem to work, so it's incredibly uncomfortable. But the most incredibly disappointing experience is the service. Our room had no extra roll of toilet paper, so we ran out during the middle of the night. When I called the front desk I was blown away to be told I'd need to wait awhile for someone to bring me one. I had asked for shower tub drain stopper, Next day also I wasn’t given! It would Have greatly Helped my back pain if they had! If we can reception they would Put us o love holds everytime. Service was a bit bad, otherwise location is good . Rooms are good, Have microwaves, hairdryers, Tv, but no kettle. For Basic rooms, It’s the above amenities
