The room smelled like raw sewage. I called the front desk. They told me they would let the manager know. They didnt come check. They didnt offer to move me to another room. They didnt do anything. I couldn't believe they didnt try to make the situation better. They would let the manager know. Two days later after I return home from my trip they let me know they fixed the problem. I was so angry 😠 😡
This hotel was beautifully remodeled. The rooms were fresh and very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety. The ADA room was huge and very convenient for our elderly and partially disabled family.
All good but did not change bedding once during s week stay. Manager apologized and may offer HH points.
