Check in time is 3 PM. I checked in on mobile app but there's no notifications because this hotel uses the old magnetic keys so there's no mobile key. We arrived at 4 PM but room is not ready...they are "cleaning it right now". No other alternative offered other than have a seat and wait for them to finish. The room was clean and spacious. All of the staff were friendly the rooms were clean location is excellent. Special shout out to Kade and Phillip they work the front desk and were very kind and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. They went above the normal level of expectation to make sure we were comfortable. The only thing I noticed they could use updating on the refrigerators.

Checked into my room and realized they forgot to install the refrigerator and microwave in my studio suite. Stains all over the couch. ( looks like someone had a good time.) broken body wash dispenser. Also water was lukewarm at best.

No hot water, room smelled like mold, cover sheet was dirty. Gym had nothing but broken machines and the weight set was vandalized
