Fantastic service from check-in to departure. Rooms lovely and clean, staff really friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfasts. Not too far from Disney.
Me and my wife stayed in room 519 for our “mini-moon.” The service was great when we got to the hotel. When we got in the room, everything looked nice, clean, and neat. However, the bed was very stiff and hard to sleep on. The pillows were too soft and had no support for the neck and head when you slept. Room 519 was facing the busy street, so be aware if you’re staying on the street side of the hotel, you will hear cars revving their engines all night.
I like to stay at certain hotels in la I do not like to try new hotels since it’s always a hit or miss, but this hotel and a few others I rotate around due to staff! Very friendly, they always check with you if you are enjoying your stay, housekeepers are super friendly and will strike up a conversation while you are passing by. Hotel is relatively quiet, much needed after a 3 plus hour drive due to traffic. Rooms are always clean!
