Horrible experience at this hotel. There was no hot water the entire weekend when either my daughter or I tried to take a shower on Saturday. Then on Sunday I attempted to take a shower and again no warm water. Notified the front desk. They said they were going to empty the tank and see if that worked which it didn’t. Upon checking out the best they could do is a $50 credit for parking. Spent $550 to stay there for two nights. When I called to speak to a manager (Kim), she said they already took care of me. Good hotel, good breakfast and in a decent area. About 15 min from Disney. Would recommend staying here and I would stay again.
Worst service ever! I requested to check out 48 hrs before checking out but when checking out, the manager told me there is no record of my request. Since I didn’t get any notification or nothing but only requested at the counter. The manager, Mike keeps saying that they still need to charge for one more night.
