Stayed at this hotel for three days. During my stay, everything seemed fine until one night when an employee named Beverly spoke to me in a very impolite manner regarding a door issue. It was after 10 p.m., and the door wouldn’t open as I was trying to get in. Instead of offering help, she addressed me rudely and raised her voice. Amazing front desk staff!!!! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and very comfortable. Housekeeping was so friendly, everyone says Hi when you pass by them in the halls in the morning. The fitness centre was quite decent. I was able to make it to the gym everyday during my week stay. My parents absolutely loved their one bedroom suite with a fridge and mini-stove. Breakfast was very convenient at the hotel. Their waffles were so good! And Disneyland is only a 25 mins walk away.
