I was there for 11 days if I could have stayed somewhere else I would have done that. The rooms are not to par for a Hilton Brand. The blankets and pillow have yellow stains. The wallpaper of the bathroom are peeling away and the caulking around the bathtub by the wall it is all cracked and the bathtub stopper was off. The AC cover in the room was hanging off, when I called the attendant to let them know they said they would send the technician. Very disappointed with this Hampton Inn. A large portion of my family had reserved this hotel for a funeral. I was the last to arrive, 11 pm. By some huge coincidence my room was flooded and was unavailable and I'm the last guest to arrive at the hotel. I don't think for one minute that my actual room flooded. Someone's room flooded and they got my room when they complained earlier in the day. Not just one night unavailable but both nights of my reservation. So I had to find other accommodations. Needs to concentrate more with having someone President at the front desk.
Stay was comfortable and amenities/comfort/service were pleasant.
Gross carpet and everything needs to be updated. I couldn't even tell how to put on the cold and the hot water with the faucet because no matter where you put it it's just hot. The shower head sprays in a circle and so the middle has no water so it took me forever to rinse my hair. Everything is cheaply caulked together. White caulk everywhere!
