Super incredible place. Mrs. D was incredibly helpful and friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and staff is amazing.
I stayed at this hotel and had a terrible experience. The first night I found a roach crawling near the fridge, and the next morning another was crawling across the wall. I threw away all of my food because I had no idea what could have gotten into it. I requested a room change. When I moved to the second room, I pulled the sheets back and found hair in the bed. It took over 5 hours for staff to change the sheets after I asked. The following morning, I woke up to bugs crawling on the walls again. I did receive a refund, but ... read more
I comfortably enjoyed my stay here. The staff is really friendly and they seem to genuinely care about making your experience pleasant. It's also in a great location. I would return when visiting Roswell/Alpharetta.
I had the pleasure of meeting Jessica Mathis, the General Manager at the Hampton Inn & Suites Alpharetta/Roswell on Westside Way, for a business-to-business meeting and tour — and I was beyond impressed! I wish I could give this hotel a million stars for great customer service!! Best hotel hands down! I've been coming this hotel for the last 3 years and everytime i stayed the staff is always amazing & friendly. Dee is wonderful she always smiling and waiting to help the guest.
