Great stay. From the time we checked in staff was accommodating, especially Juan. He made sure all our needs were net and even checked in the next day. The only issue was the room was not as clean as it could have been. Earrings and edge control were under the sofa. While I understand housekeeping has a lot of ground to cover, it only takes a few seconds to run the vacuum under the sofa.

With having to work in the area as much as I do, I’m constantly looking for hotels that are not only affordable , but have great customer care. Here at this location , the customer care is amazing. Juan at the front desk is a one of a kind example of that. He’s gone above and beyond to not only get me a room, but get it for me as quick as possible and with a smile on his face everytime. Even with cheaper options in the area, going here to see my friends at this location makes reserving a room a no brainer.

Excellent service provided by the staff, especially the front desk manager London. My group had to book a hotel last minute due to unforeseen circumstances, and London went above and beyond to help us. I don't think I've ever experienced this level of service in a hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Free continental breakfast was also provided.

Room was excellent, clean and quiet. Front staff was super friendly. My quiet little dog was able to stay without huge fees like some hotels charge. Area is very nice and convenient to the Ameris Amphitheater. Will def stay here again! Thanks Hampton Inn!

Excellent stay! After our AirBnB canceled the day of our check in, the manager London hooked us up with 2 adjoining rooms at a great price and waived the pet fee. Thank you so much the great service! You saved the trip!
