I booked at this hotel in February 2026 and just got off the phone with Miss Jessica Mathis, who gave me fantastic customer service given an unfortunate circumstance with my military friend. Looking forward to meeting her in person on my next trip into the Alpheretta area!
I have to say I'm very impressed with this place! The staff were just very friendly and easy to talk to, as well as helpful. Not being from this area I had a lot of questions, but Jessica and the rest of the staff were just extremely helpful and would definitely go that extra mile to help you figure something out. And also tell you about a million different places to eat, lol! Anyways, thanks guys I appreciate it
