I want to say very thanks for the manager of this hotel. He help my to found my items which I lost at the other Hampton. Thank you so much for your attention and time to help me solve my problem!
It was a convenient location for my clients business, and already being in Cumming that day it was super convenient for me time wise. I've been here before but my only complaint is they dont have orange juice ar breakfast and over all the breakfast really isnt thaf good. Everything else is normally a good experience.
Hello, We have stayed at Hampton hotel for the weekend for our daughter gymnastics completion. Hotel is very nice and clean, breakfast was good. Location is perfect. We were very satisfied with the service and staff. I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Tia (front desk). We left the hotel in the morning and realized that we forgot very important things in the closet in the room. I called next day, Tia was very helpful and understanding. She helped me with arranging shipping. Thank you so much Tia! Appreciate your help!
