Ask to check the room. We started before and was a good stay but the last stay I had you can visibly tell there was a leak throughout the whole ceiling previously and was not properly repaired nor treated. I’m very certain there is mold in between the carpet in this room had an odor after the cleaning chemicals wore off so I’m quite certain they didn’t even bother replacing the carpet after the leak. I recently had an amazing experience at this hotel. I am from south Georgia and chose this location to recover after my Alpharetta-based ENT procedure. For all 6 days of my stay, the front desk staff went above and beyond. They helped me store my ice cream/popsicles, personally checked up on my recovery when I passed through the lobby, and helped me extend my stay at the last minute. They were a huge part of my recovery, and I am thankful for their patient and kind hearts. Special shout-out to Moses!
