The staff was very rude.
staff very helpful,nice rooms,big bathrooms,clean and quiet.we will be back for sure.pool is too cold though,should be high 70s in winter.
Staff was friendly and pleasant room was clean I was disappointed in the fact that their Gold member are definitely more important than a customer with disabilities. BY this statement, I am referring to the exsvive gold member parking, next to front doors purely for convenience, meanwhile customers with Handicap in alotted one parking space. So n short if you require a Handicapped service this is not the place your wallet is welcomed
