The heater vent in the bedroom had toe nail clippings in it. It was disgusting. For the amount I paid for the room I’d expect a more thorough cleaning. The front desk staff were very friendly.
Breakfast was good. Rooms are clean but outdated, service is decent. I have had an excellent experience at Hilton Garden Inn Sudbury in the past and I decided to try Hampton Inn this time. Although very clean, the rooms could use some renovations. I stayed in room 105 and there was an extremely bright light outside my window, which resulted in me not being able to sleep very well because apparently you cannot move the curtains?
