I stayed at this location several times it's a very nice convenient Hotel. The Paramour Triangle in Southern Missouri. With the relationships I've had in my life and my travels around the country I have found an interesting area that Southern Missouri that I'll call the Paramour Triangle. I'm a Diamond member and I placed my reservation over six month ago, requesting a 1st floor room in the comment section through Hilton Honors online website. When I arrived, I was placed on the second floor without an explanation except to talk to the manager the next day. I spoke with the manager the next day and received a lame excuse that the online requests placed in the comment section cannot be seen until the day of check in. Great stay! Spent 2 nights here. I have to mention Angel and Brianna at the front desk. Two of the nicest and friendliest people! I had a few questions and they both ganged up on me (in a good way!) with their help. Hotel renovations feel fresh. Everything is clean, comfortable, and what you should expect. Breakfast was std; certainly nothing special. The only minus is that it can get noisy with the traffic (especially motorcycles) on 2 very busy roads/hwys nearby. If you want to experience the real Springfield, MO, you have to stay here. The location is great, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff truly make the difference. From the moment you arrive, the front desk treats you like family and goes out of their way to make sure you feel at home. The service was exceptional throughout my stay, and it’s clear that the team genuinely cares about their guests. My only recommendation would be to shampoo the carpets to freshen them up a bit.
