Highly recommended
I don't know how this has 4 stars. We had bed bugs on the sheets and pillows. We took one to the front desk and showed them. We moved rooms. The next room had another assortment of bugs. (Spiders, Stink bugs and ladybugs) The next day we heard the cleaners complaining "I don't see any damn bugs, they must be trippin" Literally pulled the guy aside and asked if he wanted to see the pics I took. No plugs on the Jacuzzi tub and had to manually stop it ourselves. Would not recommend. Would rather stay at a motel 8
Hotel is older but room was clean and comfortable
Our family traveled to the area to visit my mother for big dinner weekend (aka "Thanksgiving"). Before driving to her house, we checked in to the hotel I reserved and pre-paid for, Hampton Inn Spartanburg-North. While on the road there, I did a virtual check-in, but the digital keys did not generate on the app. No problem — once we got there, I went to the front desk to get physical keys and we were on our way to the rooms.
