Nice rooms. The staff was very nice, polite and helpful. Plenty of places around the hotel. Everything was very good!
Bed bugs. Not properly cleaned. I read the previous reviews and several people said the same thing. Avoid this place.
This hotel is fine but I travel a lot and I stay at many a Hampton inn. The bed was so soft and squishy, I literally couldn't sleep. Pillows were tiny and deflated to nothing. Breakfast was actually gross. Oatmeal was so watered down, no matter what you added to it, tasted like nothing. Boiled eggs were slimy, apples were squishy, scrambled eggs watery. Housekeeping sat outside my room talking on walkie talkie for a good solid 15 minutes at 8 am and that walls are very thin. I was literally part of the conversation.
I stopped by for an emergency and they took care of me very well. Lola saved my life and I’m greatful. Best customer service going above and beyond.
