Upon arrival at the Spartanburg hotel, we were greeted by a young lady who was nice. After check-in, I went straight to the fitness room on my way to the room so I could see what was available for the next morning. I had trouble getting my key to work so I had to walk to the desk to get the lady to help me. She assisted with no issues. I then took the elevator to the room. Not only is this place an absolute DUMP (dirty rooms/shady area), I contacted Hilton and no one from the property reached out to offer their apologies. They lied to Hilton Honors and stated the issue was never reported and I never told them the room was dirty. They also charged me a "no-show fee" when I clearly showed up for my reservation and they REFUSED to refund me the money!
