Overall the experience was terrible. The rooms were dirty and the smell was wretched. I think even seen mold growing in the corner of the room behind the door as well. When I called the hotel to speak to a manager after leaving I was greeted no so well. Overall the conversation ended with me not getting a refund and getting hung up on. Please don’t ever waste your money going to this awful place.
Excellent breakfast included pool hot tub.
I gave the hotel three stars because they appear to not be interested in taking care of the hotel itself. As an example, the elevator has been "temporarily out of service" for about 4-6 weeks now. I have elected to stay in first floor rooms due to this. Another example--I needed to print something a few nights ago and found that there is no computer in the office area, just a printer. The staff are very nice and the room service folks do a really great job of cleaning rooms.
