Very bad experience an employee walked right in my room no knock nothing and said he thought the room was empty but maybe knocking would save alot of embarrassment definitely NOT staying here again if you value private this is not the hotel for you this review is not outdated it happened two days ago and if you notice the hotel took down there response being a customer I would have been OK with we will into our policies for checking rooms but all I got was he said sorry what more do you want?

Room service is atrocious half decent one day the other days trash staying here for my company I was supposed to be here for 2 weeks I'm only doing one I would never stay here again
Very kind and helpful service with my third party reservation finally sorted and settled. Very peaceful sleep for a location in the midst of the business district
