Thoroughly disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and customer service at this Hilton location. First alarming find was the long hair clumped in the corners of our room's bathroom. Worst yet, the room was infested with gnats - so much so that they were crawling on the bathroom mirror. When the problem was brought to the attention of staff, hours later all that was received was a text, "We cleaned your room." The stuff from front desk to breakfast staff are great. Friendly and helpful. The pool is open until 11pm so we were able to jump after coming back late. Trying to find parking in the parking lot after 1am was difficult. We enjoyed the visit with Kids. Thanks Hampton Inn.
