Room was not as picture described. Paid for a King room pictures showed working desk and chair. My room had a wobbly round desk and a fabric covered chair. I am a working photographer with a deadline for pictures so I called the front desk and was told by whoever answered she was new and they were booked so she couldn't offer help or a room switch. This hotel is located downtown and there are a lot of people roaming around, quite a bit of homeless people roaming around. The parking lot is not big enough for all the people staying there. We were there for 3 nights and the maid service never cleaned our room. We had to change our garbages and get extra towels and toilet paper as nothing was filled or changed. The carpet in the hallway is badly stained. They allow pets in the hotel, so I am thinking the carpet is stained easily. The breakfast was good. Lots of options
Horrible less like a motel. Dirty bedroom. Dirty bedsheets..no room services to clean the rooms. I had to check out the first day of 4 night
Location, location, location. Obviously great spot if you're catching a show at Proctors. My gal pal and I have stayed here multiple times and found the location so helpful for parking and food before and after the show. We've peeked at other hotels nearby, similar quality- just as expensive. What sets this hotel apart is it's customer service.
