We always stay at this hotel when we are in San Jose. Rooms are always clean and you feel welcomed. The area is also nice with plenty of shops/food within walking distance.
Lol. I stayed there last night, and it's still terrible. You guys are the worst staff I've ever encountered. I'll see you later.
Absolute garbage room, and the staff acts like they hate you and their job! It's an embarrassment to San Jose, and the staff is very low class. Will never ever again.
Hampton Inn always has a knack for having just what you need, while still providing a little extra to make the stay enjoyable. Staff were so friendly always greeting us going to and from the hotel. The hotel is perfectly located near tons of shopping and right off the 85 freeway.
