EXTREMELY Disappointing Stay. I stayed here for one night on November 15, checked in around 6:40 PM (today :) ) and this was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in South San Francisco. • Found someone else’s pubic hair in the shower • Toilet had a visible stain • No hand soap provided at all • Microwave made loud, concerning noises when I used it • TV wouldn’t even turn on When we called the front desk, the staff member told us to come downstairs ourselves to pick up soap and utensils, said nothing about the... read more
