Hey we really liked it here, and it's convenient location...in the spirit of constructive feedback--the breakfast room area is a bit cramped for space which given the hotel's popularity with Mayo patients is a drawback.

I can’t say enough nice things about this property. Rooms were clean. Service was impeccable: the front desk takes pride in what they do, especially Christopher. The landscaping is minimal but done so well; those huge hydrangeas are gorgeous. I know they have many amenities, we did not partake, but they are noted and appreciated. Do not hesitate to book. Not important to many, but I did appreciate the professional look that the staff puts forth. Thank you.

The good service, inviting lobby, complimentary Mayo shuttle, and nightly soup are highlights of this hotel. When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly, well dressed (suit and tie!) empoyee who got us checked in and offered us the complimentary Hilton Honors snacks. The room was fine, but it needed a refresh as the furniture and fixtures seemed well loved. It also seemed dark and had a weird bathroom door that would get hit by the main door if it was left open.
