This Hampton inn South Rochester hotel is top notch!!! Let me start by saying that I work in property management, and I takes a lot for people and contractors to impress me, but the Hampton Rochester South was great! Upon check in, our room was clean and mostly ready to go, except for the AC had a leak and made the room smell damp. I immediately went back to the front desk and the manager(?) was very quick in calling housekeeping to shampoo/clean the carpet, and calling maintenance to repair the clogged condensation line. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Extremely gracious staff. wonderful housekeeping. Evening soup is a lovely treat
Getting worse. Used to be good. Called several times today. No answer and calls juat cut off hung up on us. Water saver filters on all faucets unpleasant, long waits at front desk, allows nasty smoking outside main entrance. WHY do you continue to allow smoking???? Sloppy desk attendance never say thank you. Time to go elsewhere
The Hampton is a great place to stay Great staff very friendly.Very great breakfast. Very nice evening snack. Makes a great place to stay for trips to Mayo. Would stay here for any travel to the area. Thanks
