Waited over 2 hours for a room only to be told at check in time it still was not ready!!!! Won’t be back for sure
Beautiful rooms with comfy beds. Everything you need. The room is amazingly clean. Sometimes when you're having a rough moment on the road all you need is a kind word from a stranger. Cindy, at the front desk was that person for me today. And I greatly appreciate her. Beautiful hotel room with all the amenities, close to everything, great price and greater staff. What more could you ask for?!
Your response to my review is a joke. No thank you… you cannot make this up to me. And I won’t be reaching out. There is plenty of DECENT hotels that have respectful staff. I will make sure to give them my business. Meanwhile you can put Melissa on a tight leash so she won’t run someone else off. Thank you and have a nice day
We had 2 rooms on the second floor and were very happy with both rooms. Very clean the shower pressure was beautiful Easy and efficient check in and out. Continental breakfast was great. Totally recommend
