Brittany was super friendly with my family and made us feel right at home!
Stopped here on the way to Gulf Shores. Rooms were big, updated clean, and pretty quiet. The main road is pretty busy so getting out can be tough when traffic is backed up. A lot of chain restaurants in the area. Breakfast was pretty average. Overall a good place to stop overnight.

We had a generally pleasant stay at the Hampton Inn in Richland. The bed was very comfortable, and the room layout was well thought out, making the space feel functional and easy to settle into. The free breakfast was decent with a variety of options, and we appreciated the outdoor pool—it was clean and refreshing. Staff were friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and checkout smooth. Rooms are great. Very comfortable beds. The shower head needed to be replaced in our room but worked OK. My only complaint is the AC shuts off when there is no movement so we woke up hot and sweating several times.
