Excellent customer service
This hotel is in need of some serious renovation. Parking is inadequate, I had to walk very far, late at night. It wasn’t filthy, but it wasn’t clean. There was a hair on the coffee station that was there the entire length of my stay so I didn’t try the breakfast. The elevator is small and creaky and the ice machine on one of the floors was broken. Rooms decent, parking sucks, my biggest complaint is the workers in the morning time are extremely loud when talking to each other. They act like there isn't customer next to them eating. From laughing or even talking. I'm straight annoyed every morning.
