The property is clean and centrally located to the medical center. The facility and rooms are dated and shabby. Definitely not what I am accustomed to from Hilton, especially at this price point. The staff is friendly and efficient. Adequate.
Big kids running in hall pulled a fire alarm. Old hotel that needs refurbishing. My out-of-town family here for a fineral stayed there. Very Disappointing.
There were obvious signs of wear and tear throughout the entire hotel, including a lot of water damage and a bad aroma. After changing rooms, the smell improved but the room was not very high quality considering the pricing. If you choose to book here, expect a motel experience. The staff was accommodating and understanding of our issues with the room. There was a complimentary breakfast offered with an average selection of items.
