Great experience here with my 5mo old puppy! Extremely pet friendly. Excellent breakfast and coffee and a place to refill my hydrojug. Clean rooms. Laundry room convenient. I'd definitely stay here again!

From the minute we walked in the door, the lack of customer service was evident. No welcome smile or acknowledgment for choosing the hotel. We asked about parking as the lot was full except for handicap or Diamond members. Basically no response. Said we could park in a Diamond member spot but we hesitated to do this—- would they tow our car? There were fans in the hall. Air not sufficient. The room was cool and comfortable. We traveled with our two well behaved dogs. The staff were all very helpful & friendly! Room was very clean & comfortable. We appreciated the bagel in a bag, with water as we checked out as we didn't have time to eat breakfast-thank you!
