I don't think I got my money's worth this trip. A lot of just small annoyances that any major hotel chain should not allow: Indoor pool had no clean towels available and dirty/wet towels left lying all over the place. All three treadmills were non-operational. Two looked like they were working but would not start. I asked the front desk to look into it and they got them working but acted like I was somehow an idiot that just couldn't figure out how to turn it on. I try to stay at Hamptons most of the time but this one definitely doesn't meet the standard of most. The cleaners need alot of training. The bathroom light had tape on it left over from painting and was definitely not cleaned well. The bed was incredible uncomfortable and not the normal Hampton bed that I'm used to. Hilton definitely needs to make a surprise visit to this location.

It's renovated. The staff are fabulous. Rooms very nice. Obviously we'll managed and maintained.

They must’ve had recent refurbishment as the room seemed like it was brand new. Convenient location and helpful staff.
