Terrible customer service and dishonest manager - don't go here! We had a reservation for last Monday night. Our flight got super delayed and we didn’t even arrive into Provo until the next early morning so we didn’t need the hotel after all. I called the front desk Monday evening when we found out the flight was delayed and she told me that they would reimburse me no problem. Then I got charged the next day anyway. Hampton Inn in Provo is a very nice Hilton property and has been completely revamped recently. All the common areas and the rooms are new and clean and comfortable. OdaMae and Eyshia were super friendly and helpful during our stay! There are a ton of dining choices in the nearby area, too!
