I gave 3 stars on the room because the mattress is completely wore out. Has a permanent dip on one side. Was extremely uncomfortable.
One of the elevators was out and pool closed when we visited
I went here after having a bad experience at the Fairfield Inn up the street where I couldn't get a room that didn't make you choke on Febreeze when you walked in the door. (I tried another room there, and after the second one was the same way, I left.) But I'm not here to talk about how bad Fairfield is. I want to talk about the wonder of Hampton/Hilton.
