Hampton Inn was very accommodating. Do to other activities & possible rain we were uncertain of our ability to arrive or not & when. They were understanding of our situation & said they would allow us to cancel without fees/charges & guarantee a late arrival if needed. As it turned out all went well & we arrived around 8:00 pm. on the day of our reservation. It was nice to be able to call & talk to someone about our situation that was understanding, kind & helpful. Thank you so much!
The beds were very uncomfortable I woke up several times throughout the night because of it. The hotel is a four-star but the beds are a one star. It's got a very hard mattress. They have a weighted blanket but it's very heavy. It took a while for the air conditioning to actually cool down the room. The room was clean and it was very safe here with parking and taking my dogs out to the bathroom. Breakfast was terrible. When we got there, they didn’t have 2 queens with walk-in handicap shower. We thought we were fitting a king with walk handicap shower. Instead, we were given a walking. He hadn’t place her walker in shower to sit upon for my elderly mom to shower. Rooms were clean and nice and quiet. Staff was great. We didn’t get a chance to have their breakfast.
