During a severe snowstorm on Saturday, January 24, with temperatures around -12°F, my daughter and four of her friends (college students ages 18–21) were traveling back after picking up teammates from Chicago O’Hare. We stopped in with no reservation. I was exhausted from working the night before and not in a great mood. Front desk (Jennifer) was very professional and friendly and made sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our room (very clean, fresh scent). Melissa managed the breakfast the next morning which had a great assortment of cooked and ready to go food. I noticed another family with a young child who Melissa greeted and checked in on. Highly recommend for anyone - good value and excellent customer service.
