the reception staff here were very cheerful and welcoming! we stayed for a total of seven nights, yet the bed sheets and pillowcases were never changed. the table and cabinets were dusty and had not been properly cleaned. furthermore, there was a pile of dog feces present at the front door of the hotel from the day we arrived until the day we left, and no one bothered to clean it up.
The good - the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent. The bad-the shower had horrible water pressure (4th floor), they still have the older a/c wall units which comes on and goes off fairly loudly, and getting in and out of the hotel was a little tricky with the flyover road out front. But the price of the room was a bit less expensive than other hotels which helped make up for the shortcomings. And the location as far as mid way between St Pete and Tampa was nice.

Very clean and friendly staff. The breakfast is a typical Hampton Inn breakfast, but well done and cooked food is hot. TVs allow you to used your netflix, Apple TV, and HBO
