The first impression was... dirty. Old trash was on the floor when we walked in. After noticing the dirt and dust we found MANY maintenance issues that, when notified, were kinda brushed away. Needs a maintenance overhaul, bathroom fixtures, pluming, tile... not just outdated, broken. Will NOT be staying here again!!!
Staff was super friendly, my room and all the facilities were clean. The free breakfast was a major perk! The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because I arrived at 10am but could not check in until 3pm.
After a very long journey I was exhausted and didn't much care what some reviews weren't so great. What I found was a staff that was very friendly. A very clean and comfortable room and bed! I went down for breakfast which was very good. Omelets and sausages and more. I will stay again
I have stayed at this location several times and last night was the last time. I told them several times the air was not functioning correctly. The hotel was booked so there were no other rooms available. The hotel managers resolution was to offer me a bag of chips at check out. A bag of chips!! Really it's over 100° in Arizona. I think Hampton Inn and the manager Chuk could of offered more than bag of chips!
Very nice appearance, friendly staff and great breakfast. Only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 stars is because the A/C in the room was just not strong enough to cool it to where I would like and when I went to take a shower to try and cool down a little more there was zero cold water...I know its all preference and odd ones at that but over all a very good stay.
Clean, quiet, great breakfast and polite staff. What else can I ask for. I totally recommend this place.
The front desk took 5 to 10 mins to answer, either than that was okay.
Guest service rep Colin at checkin was very professional. Rooms are very clean. We will return !!
