This hotel, remodeled from a textile factory, is clean inside, but the rooms are very small and poorly soundproofed, resulting in significant noise from hallways and neighboring rooms. Breakfast options are limited. Note that there's a homeless center nearby. Next time, I plan to stay at a Home2Suite, also part of the Hilton chain.
Front desk: super friendly and helpful. They must have a PhD in "How Can I Be Nice to People?" because they nailed it. Breakfast: free and solid—the coffee’s good, and the pastry selection won’t judge you for three trips back to the buffet. Rooms: clean, comfy, and modern-feel. Beds so soft you might question your life choices—in a good way. Bottom line: easy, friendly, and breakfast that says “you’ve got this.” I’d stay again and maybe even tell my houseplants about it.
Very nice staff! So friendly and welcoming. Rooms were lovely at a VERY reasonable price!
