Nice hotel. The rooms are clean and fresh. The staff was helpful and polite. My key didn't work when I arrived. That was quickly corrected. My only complaint is the shower. There are grab bars across from each other on the wall and inside shower door. So you end up hitting your elbows on them. I understand why they are there. Just maybe put them in a little different location?
It's rare that I have to rate a Hilton brand hotel so low. This location sadly was one of them and it had a lot to do with the service. The attendant who was working there was terrible, rude, and clearly didn't want to be there. She would barely look us in the eye. We came down twice to get hot chocolate and go to the store and she just had her head down and was on her phone rather than interact with humans again.
