if i could give no stars i would. terrible staff, whoever complained about me parking in your lot for less than 12 hours, i hope your pillow's warm on both sides for the rest of your life. for everyone actually booking here just know there's barely any parking anyways, it's a terrible location, far away from everything on main campus and uptown. They don't even salt the roads over here so take that into account and make this hotel lose money like they made me lose money!
Bit tucked back, but very clean, very quite! Even for as full as the hotel was it was very quite and clean. Hot water n decent water pressure(long /thick hair girls know the struggle of low flow!) My daughter & I came to tour Miami University.
This hotel has an incredible staff. Kind and aware of their guests and what they are doing and why they are there. The breakfast was fresh and the eating area was clean. Rooms were spacious - can’t say enough good
Okay so this place is a absolute joke it's a law suit waiting to happen "sooner they think" So me and my bf have been struggling and the frc bless them helped me get out of the blizzard and got us a room _$900+ for 6 days they knew my story and still t me stay. After 3 full days a cpl maids made something up and suddenly they don't allow locals to stay after THREE DAMN DAYS.
